[EA app] Mass Effect Legendary Edition not showing

Some time ago I got Mass Effect Legendary edition. I recently installed the EA Desktop app and was ready to reinstall it only to find it isn't in my list of games, despite it showing up quite clearly...

Can’t believe this is still an issue and unfortunately none of the above fixes have resolved my problem. I just purchased ME:LE, didn’t think I’d have to search online to check whether or not a AAA game is accessible before buying. Missing Origin ☹️

@bulldog36889 Same issue here. Tried so many things - no solution. Baffling that I cannot launch the game i paid money for and the only barrier being an online-only app preventing me from doing so.

    @IngoingSquid5 A fresh install of the game itself or of Windows or the EA app?
    
    Are you not seeing the game sho up in the EA app at all?
    
    When you search the store, do you see the game listed as downloadable, or needing to be purchased?
