Community Manager@IngoingSquid5 A fresh install of the game itself or of Windows or the EA app?
Are you not seeing the game sho up in the EA app at all?
When you search the store, do you see the game listed as downloadable, or needing to be purchased?
Fresh install of the EA App on a new computer. In my game library I was missing several titles such as Mass Effect:LE and Jedi Fallen Order among many others and when I searched them on the store it said I needed to buy them. Going through Window's remove programs function to uninstall the EA App and then selecting the option to repair it did fix the issue and all my titles appeared afterwards.
I can't think of any connections because at first my guess is that its tied to game that were added as codes and not directly through Origin in the past as that is how ME:LE and Jedi were added along with some others like Plants versus Zombies Garden Warfare but then that still doesn't make sense because other games added with a code were still there before repair such as Dead Space 2 and Mass Effect 2 not to mention some games I got directly through Origin were also missing such as Peggle.
Community Manager@IngoingSquid5 Gotcha, so as long as you know and can verify you are on the right account, I would try the following and see if these help.

As these are license files for older titles, you won't lose any progress or data.
Clear the cache for the EA app, and if the game has the option, repair the game and launch it again.
i have same issue i buy the game in 2021 ( i can send u my purchase history) and after long time want to play it and i cant see it in my library and i see the app think that i dont have the game yet why [removed]

Community Manager@Kriegsthunder This has been a known issue with the EA app. Have you followed the steps above, or performed any other troubleshooting steps on your own?
