[EA app] Mass Effect Legendary Edition not showing

Some time ago I got Mass Effect Legendary edition. I recently installed the EA Desktop app and was ready to reinstall it only to find it isn't in my list of games, despite it showing up quite clearly...

This is still ongoing it seems. I bought Mass Effect Legendary Edition and it's been fine. But I recently subbed to EA Play Pro to have a go on FC25. In the meantime I also bought a new PC and now I cannot see Mass Effect Legendary Edition available after installing the EA App on my new pc. The Mass Effect entry showing up only shows the Standard edition.

@BurnedRope When you load up the EA app, MELE does not show up in your library, or the store when you search it? 

Missing from the library would typically be a cache issue but missing from the store would be an entirely different issue like if you were in a region that didn't allow the game purchase.

I reformatted my PC over the weekend and did a brand new install of the EA app and all my games and I could see it.
