[EA app] Mass Effect Legendary Edition not showing

Some time ago I got Mass Effect Legendary edition. I recently installed the EA Desktop app and was ready to reinstall it only to find it isn't in my list of games, despite it showing up quite clearly...

@BurnedRope When you load up the EA app, MELE does not show up in your library, or the store when you search it?

Missing from the library would typically be a cache issue but missing from the store would be an entirely different issue like if you were in a region that didn't allow the game purchase.

I reformatted my PC over the weekend and did a brand new install of the EA app and all my games and I could see it.
