Did you copy and pasted the commands?
But I would like to look at the errors for Mass Effect so please add a DxDiag to your next reply.A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” and “Machine Id” line if you wish too.)How to create a DxDiag:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
- Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
- Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
- Reply.

I followed the instructions, but it shows none of what I need. Then, when I finally got a prompt, the results say these phrases are not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file or operable program.

7. After it reaches 100% reaped steps 1 & 2
8. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
10. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.Also look if there is a newer Network driver for your device.
Do you use WLan? >If you set EA app to offline mode, is the game working?
Yes, the game is working, and I can even play MP if I set the EA app to online mode while it's working.
>Do you want to play MP or just the Single player game?
I'm concerned in MP only, otherwise, it won't be much of an issue.

If you set EA app to offline mode, is the game working?
Do you want to play MP or just the Single player game? Thank you for your reply, here's my DxDiag-file.
I've managed to make the game work, I need:
1. Disable my internet connection;
2. Launch the game until the "Failed to connect to the servers" message pops up; it won't crash;
3. Connect to the internet back and connect to the EA servers manually. It won't crash this time, but if I need to launch ME3 again, it'll require me to do all of these steps.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
Still no solution, and EA doesn't help me with that: they didn't even ask for my PC specs in chat.
Well... How do you think I'll answer the question, "Would you recommend the EA app to your friends" next time?
I don't worry, VPN is cheap these days.
