ShadowFoxXD Hey, for this, it does have to first be looked at with support. As we here are not actually support, we only handle issues over the forums, and this is an account issue.
The Image you attached to your case has nothing to do with the online pass. That error is strictly related to DLC. What I would suggest first is to follow the steps on the [PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error page. It comes down to only a few things. Either the account does not own it, or there are corrupted files somewhere that you have to get rid of. If the steps do not work, reach out to support and let them know it's a DLC error, not an online pass error. - SausageSheriff20 days agoSeasoned Newcomer

SausageSheriff If you follow the steps here: [PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode and they do not work, let me know what happened with the chatbot so that I can test it, or pass that feedback along.
Sadly, we have no control over that part. We would need to reach out and have it looked into. I have tested it countless times, and I always get an agent, so if players are not on their end, we need to take each step.
