I cant get ahold of any rep to talk to so i can play the online.
Anyone know anyways i can fix this?

ShadowFoxXD Hey, for this, it does have to first be looked at with support. As we here are not actually support, we only handle issues over the forums, and this is an account issue.
The Image you attached to your case has nothing to do with the online pass. That error is strictly related to DLC. What I would suggest first is to follow the steps on the [PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error page. It comes down to only a few things. Either the account does not own it, or there are corrupted files somewhere that you have to get rid of. If the steps do not work, reach out to support and let them know it's a DLC error, not an online pass error.
