[EA app] ME3 Online Access Error When Launching Game

Hello, I've been struggling for the past several months to play the Mass Effect 3 online co-op multiplayer due to the known "An online pass is required to access online features of the game" error...

Hey @twinfinitives We can certainly have a look. Send me a DM with the EA ID you use for the EA account and then message me here and let me know once you sent it.

I don't see a lot of DMs sometimes, so once I get that message here, I will take a look at the account and see what I can find out.

Questions:

Did or do you have EA Play?

If so, when did it expire?

When was the game itself purchased?

Do you also own Mass Effect Andromeda?

If so, does it give a similar message when you go into MP?
