[EA app] ME3 Online Access Error When Launching Game

Hello, I've been struggling for the past several months to play the Mass Effect 3 online co-op multiplayer due to the known "An online pass is required to access online features of the game" error...

I have the exact same problem.. so I am unable to play the game in multiplayer, although it's been working fine since the GAME'S LAUNCH! I have tried all the steps that I found from answers on the official EA forums... but nothing works.
