Do you get an error message?
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
No just the game would launch I check event viewer and no message. The ea app would restart tho.

There are no WER (Windows error reporting.) reports in your DxDiag. That alone points to some problems on your system.
1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
4. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
5. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
6. The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
7. After it reaches 100% reaped steps 1 & 2
8. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32>Now Repair the game:
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
If it still don't starts:- Press the Windows key > Write "CMD" (Without the quotation marks) > Right click on "Command prompt" in the search results. > Run as administrator.
- Copy "findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt" (Without the quotation marks) into the prompt of the CMD Window > ENTER
- Upload the "sfcdetails.txt" that is now on your desktop and a new DxDiag.
still not Running the steam verified all files no corruption
WER is still not working. Let's see if the game crashes or if it doesn't starts at all.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- In the new Window, type or copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) > Press ENTER
- Look if there are any "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files in the "..Local\CrashDumps" folder.
- Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files together and upload them at a free file hosting service like Dropbox or Onedrive.
- Post the link here.
If there aren't any dump files of ME:
- Press the Windows key > Write: Command Prompt > Right click on "Command Prompt" in the search results > Run as administrator.
- Copy and paste reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\devenv.exe" /v DumpType /d 2 /t REG_DWORD into the prompt Window > Press ENTER.
- Play the game until it crashes.
- After the game crashes, let all Windows crash dialogues finish.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. > Type "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) into the new window > Press ENTER.
- Zip 2 - 3 "MassEffectAndromeda.exe.Xxxx.dmp" files together and upload them at file hosting service like Dropbox or you can use the Onedrive "public" folder.
- Post the link here.
If you want to undo the automatic dump creation, use the command below in a elevated command prompt (As in point 1) reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps" /f

Even after the steps there are still now logs
That most probably means that the game is not starting at all, so it is likely that something is blocking it.
Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/RAZOR/ASUS software is disable or deinstalled and that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC
