EA Play sub canceled after placed pre-order

Hi, just a quick question regarding the pre-order. So, I pre-ordered the game back in February because my man the hype - Having EA Play I got the 10% discount, paying 53 bucks instead of the standard...

    Hey @SuperPupper, solid question!

    The pre-order should pull those funds in the week leading up to release, and you'll be charged the amount you were quoted when initially placing the order. That should be the amount shown "Processing" in your order history. 

    Cancelling EA Play shouldn't have any effect on that as you've already placed the order. That would only affect things if you canceled your pre-order and placed it again now that your subscription is no longer running.

Hi, could you let us know if this worked ok for you. Did you cancel the subscription prior to the pre order releasing in the end? Thanks.
