EA where are you ???

what the hell ! what is happening over here ...

the live chat option has been disabled for me ... !

every time i try to having a live chat with EA customer adviser it says we got to talk for speeding the process ... !

To speed up that process, we need to talk to you on the phone.))

i need to chat but the only option available for me is to give my number to them to contact me . 

i am not a US or Canadian citizen therefor i am only able to contact you with chatroom ...

plus a few hours before i realize i can't contact you i made several request for live chat and waited almost 5 hours but no one responded ....

this is unacceptable 

EA I NEED HELP ! ANSWER ME !

    If you don't get a chat option change the answers to the questions at the beginning.

    The support options also differ by time and region.

    Restarting the router, changing the region to English (if not already set this way), changing Browsers, disabling add-ons especially anti-script and ad-block software or the windows firewall and the virus scanner for the contact attempt could help if the chat is not connecting.

     Here is an EA contact guide.

     If all this fails and call becomes the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice for this call to reduce the cost. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number  +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)

    what do you actually mean by that ?

    plus on every other region the chat option is unavailable for me !

    i remeber there was a field that i needed to explain more about my problem , and then after that i would receive the chat option . and it's not there !

    chat option is completely unavailable for me when i choose mass effect 3 cases !

    HELP !

    Yes, exactly this questions. Change the answers to them or use Origin as starting point and not ME3.

    I would like to point out that I am getting this same message I am given no option to actually Call EA and there is NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR USA. PLEASE EA EXPLAIN HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO CONTACT YOU ON THE PHONE FROM A COUNTRY WHERE YOU CUT OFF ALL PHONE SUPPORT !!!!!

    I am reporting this to the BBB because your website provides exactly 0 viable contact methods almost like the company simply doesn't want to deal with customer problems or have just given up on support all together

    Just ran through help support, from USA site for Mass Effect 3.  The contact button was there, worked fine for me but wasn't as intuitive as I would have liked.

    1)  I used Firefox browser.

    2)  I have popup and ad blockers disabled on EAHelp.

    3)  Contact button top, brings popup for any old help cases and button to create a new case...new case brings game and a list of what platform you want help with...I chose PC, then it opened Topics in which I chose Technical support, which opened select issue: I chose game wouldn't launch, which opened a blue button for Select contact options:  which gave EA Answers as recommended and Chat as an optional with Subject line needing text to open up the chat now box.

    Call EA was shown as an option but no number was given...but chat options is/should be acceptable....should...
