what the hell ! what is happening over here ...
the live chat option has been disabled for me ... !
every time i try to having a live chat with EA customer adviser it says we got to talk for speeding the process ... !

i need to chat but the only option available for me is to give my number to them to contact me .
i am not a US or Canadian citizen therefor i am only able to contact you with chatroom ...
plus a few hours before i realize i can't contact you i made several request for live chat and waited almost 5 hours but no one responded ....
this is unacceptable

If you don't get a chat option change the answers to the questions at the beginning.
The support options also differ by time and region.
Restarting the router, changing the region to English (if not already set this way), changing Browsers, disabling add-ons especially anti-script and ad-block software or the windows firewall and the virus scanner for the contact attempt could help if the chat is not connecting.

If all this fails and call becomes the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice for this call to reduce the cost. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
