Okay guys I figured out why it's glitching. If you try to open the barricaded door after disabling one of the security consoles, it doesn't count the console (3 total). Try to open the door first, then disable all three consoles and the quest proceeds as normal.

I would try this if i had a save that I could revert to that wouldn't involve me losing a * ton of progress.
