The doors to the Command Center remain locked even though I've disabled the security terminal and opened the locked storage room. I've done a lot of what others have suggested: saved game and exited, left the planet, completed other tasks, etc. Nothing has helped unlock the doors to the Command Center. Very frustrating.
Make sure there isn't any scavengers alive. They can get trapped or simply hide so use you HUD as you look for enemies. The Flophouse is so large that it is not enough to stand in one place looking around. I had one hiding out where the reinforcements arrive. If one has become stuck behind a crate/wall use a force like Shockwave to kill them.

I looked everywhere in the Flophouse area, and there are absolutely no more enemies in the area. None show up in the HUD (no red dots showing).
I've thought about restoring to a point prior to the Flophouse Mission, but I would lose a lot of progress.
This is frustrating.
Does anyone know if EA actually looks at these reported bugs and addresses them?
