Elevated Black Levels During Pre-rendered Cutscenes Since 17/5 Patch (HDR Only?)

Just tried this, didn't have any effect.

@Rhino1931 Yeah, no change in settings is likely to have any impact, as the cutscenes are already pre-rendered.

    Man this is frustrating, and even more frustrating, I'm not seeing many people with this issue, so I'm kind of doubtful anything will be done about it.
