The blank terminal outside at Podromos isn't actually a bug. The mission doesn't trigger until you randomly find, scan and then tag for retrieve one of the missing mining drones (there's one by one of the first two failed bases).
The biggest bug I've found is the life support bug. The fact that you can not trigger life support consumable in the Voeld vault. It literally is shown as unavailable/unusable even as you freeze your heiny to death in Level 2 cold hazard. (I think it works elsewhere, but with no icon, no timer you don't realize it only helped for 10ish seconds. Totally worthless consumable. Not very casual friendly for figuring out puzzles like the Voeld Vault.)
