@Byoushinou, That error is likely being caused by a alpha transparency related shader code bug with the leaf textures. Might extend to the renderer itself, and while I would generally say thats not likely... this is one hell of a buggy game we are talking about here.
If you have a nvidia card you can try opening the control panel and check to make sure transparency antialiasing is disabled, it can cause weird behaviour in some games where it conflicts.
