Everything I've found wrong in ME:A (feel free to add anything I've missed)

I think that's not mentioned on the first page:

There is a package in the multiplayer store worth 100000 credits and according to its description it should give me two rare items or characters, with an increased chance for an ultra rare. From every one I've opened I received only common items.
