It's my second play through of the game,and I playing as femshep I am on the feros mission of geth attack I have to go up the elevator but the elevator doesn't work when I press the button it start and after a second the game crashes and goes back to the launcher,so I turned down all of settings to minimal as in resolution of the screen now the screen goes into the loading after entering the elevator and it's stuck on a loop
Have you tried repairing the game?
If you use the EA App, go to your library, click the three dots on the game's image, then click Repair.
If you use Steam, go to your game library, right click the game, go to Properties, then Installed Files, then click Verify integrity of game files.
