    @PhantomSplit Yes. It's WARP. I used everything except WARP and it worked.

Had this happen to me just now on PC. Managed to find a fix while using my powers (I am playing Adept on Insanity so no way with no powers). 

Just turn off every graphic enhancement options like anti-aliasing and v-sync and set fps frame rate limit to 30. Worked fine for me while I can still access my powers. (Didn't open the menu to pick squad powers as someone on a forum said that makes it crash)
