How long has it been now since the Angara Exemplar was added? Wll today, just in the last 5 minutes, i've finally been deemed lucky enough to have my first card for him. Rank 1 yes.. but it was the only character that i didn't have in my stable and naturally due to this the only 1 that i won't have at level 20. Now my Human Kineticist is not the baby in my UR stable.. she's only rank III, so now this angara bad boy has joined the ranks.and yet! i see people saying they've had loads of cards for the Exemplar, so i've been very unlucky!

At long last i've got the Duelist X card 🙂So just 3 cards for exemplar and then 7 for batguard and i've them all to X.. then i can work on vet ranks.. really looking forward to those 🙂

Not quite sure how the random seed actually works, some people get really lucky and get multiples of one card one after the other, and then you'll see another gamer turning cards and getting very few of them yet more of another.Certainly my own experience has been that i've ranked up to X on my Krogan Gladiator and Salarian Operator first with my Angara Avenger coming in 3rd with IX.My favourite character to play however the Asari Duelist is being deprived of cards and that ones only VIII would love a few more duelist cards now.. that would really help my game 🙂

Lol, I opened a 2 or 3 reserves tonight....got the Angaran Exemplar and the shorty(yup a shotgun from a RESERVES pack). Here I am opening Reserves just because they lean toward characters which I am trying to get leveled up......and they give me a freakin SHOTGUN...I know Iknow, it is an N7 shotgun...I would still rather have the charcter...I was so happy to see the N7 card first up and flip...Shorty....sigh....oh well life happens...maybe tomorrow....

Congratulations! I did see one video where someone got to Angara Exemplar X in one sitting, it took 4.6 million credits (46 reserves pack) to get him to X. If you happen to have that ridiculous number of spare credits, perhaps that's the route to go. 🙂

Opening 46 packs for me would not yield the same results. I can see how that might be ok if all you were after was the angara exemplar.. but when you have 5 other ultra-rare characters that have the same chance to drop and then 15 weapons that also still turn when you get a UR card (happened t me earlier, i got the soned rank II card from a reserves pack) then 46 million credits is vastly under the mark i would say you would need to find all of the angara exemplar cards.While getting an ultra rare card is like a special treat among all the gold loot cards i now need to find. It has took quite some games played to get this far so far. Prior to the 1.09 patch i had all the common/uncommon and rare weapons and characters all to rank X.. after 1.09 my progress in the weapon pools for these was reduced to 25% progress.. and 50% for characters.. i saw all my achievement destroyed with one patch. I could have given up .. moved on to another game and just decided to jack it in, but instead i just got on with gaming at my pace. I've maxed my commons/uncommons and am now working on rares and ultra rares.
I have been opening Reserves packs only lately since needing rare cards and UR cards only .. i need about 516 rare(gold) cards now and ultra rares are happening I think at a more acceptable level than they were using the reserves packs if i want characters. So i'm happier than I was.
I am now up to duelist IX, Angara Exemplar IV and Angara Avenger X.. and with each one i've got to X, that is a higher chance that i will get my duellist to X.. and hopefully get my others then to X too.. once they are all X, it unlocks XI to XX for them.. which means bonus stats. Really looking forward to that 🙂
