[fixed] Citadel DLC door bug?

Completely restarting the mission from the beginning (aka on the Normandy) fixed it. Leaving this here in case anyone else runs into the issue.

I'm playing the Citadel DLC and right before you get to the car rental location, at the part where you're supposed to meet up with your love interest (or Liara if your love interest isn't a companion), there's a glass door where two armored bad guys are shooting in the other direction. If I try to go through it, my Shepard moves into a T position and while I can go backward, the door doesn't open and I can't progress.

I've tried reloading, exiting the game, starting the mission over, etc. Nothing is working. I'm just stuck there.
