Is there a specific place where the frames drop or is it everywhere?
It's started on Eden Prime on the final fight, then in Citadel but there isn't a specific location I think it just randomly occurs after some time of playing. Restarting game always helps, but who would want to play the game like that.

There are areas with noticeable performance issues in ME1, like parts of the Citadel and the uncharted worlds.
But if it happens to you everywhere it is likely that there is a different reason for your problem that is not directly, related to the game, like a memory leak, overheating, a third party application interfering and so on.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

There are "RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64" warnings for the MELE in the DxDiag.
"RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64" is Windows warning for a possible memory leak regarding the specific application. Other games like DOOM have the same warning, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have problems with them.
Do you monitor the temperature of GPU and CPU?
Start the Task Manager before you start the game and check the memory usage wile you play.
