From Ashes DLC is now Un-Authorized

Just went to play some Single Player Mass Effect 3, load screen tells me that my Collectors Edition inclusion From Ashes DLC is un-authorized. All other single player DLC is installed and having no issues.

Is there a way to be given another From Ashes key to authorize it with?
