From Ashes DLC no longer works

Question

Had an issue where my Mass Effect 3 was telling me I needed an online pass.&nbsp; Tried repairing the install, restarting, reinstalling the game etc.&nbsp; Eventually while in a live chat with EA support they got my online working and I can now access the multiplayer portion of the game.&nbsp; However now my galaxy at war stats almost never appear (I get a 'cannot connect to server' message instead) and it tells me that my From Ashes DLC isn't authorized.&nbsp; However it appears linked to my account both on Origin and on the Bioware social network.&nbsp; I would like to fix this as I cannot currently play the single player portion of the game since all of my saves have the From Ashes content in them.

I had similar problem. Do You have N7 Digital Deluxe version? Because when they fixed Online Pass issue, they did so by adding another pass, most probably for regular version of game, like in my case.

Contact them again and ask for the code for From Ashes, explain previous bug experience and provide order number for game purchase so they could see that You are entitled to that DLC and it's them that broke it while fixing previous issue.
