The Angaran Curator, the Journalist, retired STG, and maybe Sid or Sloane's second seem like they are already primed as expansions. Whatever is on the Quarian ark will be the DLC expansion squad.
Possibles:
Peebee's "friend", just to annoy her.
The "don't touch that button" guy.
Drack's son-in-law.
One of the medicinal herb guys so Liam will finally have a friend.
POC as a sentient being.
In honor or Leigon, something that tastes like Kett.
