same here as well... so the only way arround it is to load a save before doing the Contagion quest-line and do the other ones you did and just move on untill a fix?
Same here at the nexus docks on Xbox one. Also encountered a bug/issue with the remnant Jennings mission on Eos. The quest marker still appeared above the Dr's Console after scanning it when i returned to the game much later to carry on.

Unfortunately nobody has identified a specific cause for this issue. People are having this bug appear with different quests, some are much much further ahead than all those side quests and some are even further ahead and have already completed 'Hunting the Archon' and still have the issue later on in the game so whatever is causing this glitch, nobody knows. I thought it was the 'contagion' quest until I loaded an earlier save, retraced my steps exactly completing all the side missions, selecting the same convo options and taking the same paths and I could not get the glitch to show again.
So we will just have to wait for EA to make an announcement about it and let them fix it as this issue must be somewhere deep in the code for that specific area.
