Found a fix. DLC CTD Fix for Origin Seems like all the stuff in the thread was for Steam. Did the thing it said in this link and it's working again.

Here is how i got around the Shadowbroker lair crash bug. When i finish the DLC the first time, i investigate everything then i finally talk to Liara, and when she offers to visit me on the Normandy, i say yes right away. It worked on the 3 chars i tried it on, on each of them, i could never get out by the "exit to the Normandy" door. I hope it helps.

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time and frustration trying to get this (insert appropriate language here) game to work. The work-arounds for this DLC included everything from changing my graphics settings, to inserting code, to deleting cache's.
But you, sir, had the answer.

It worked. After twenty straight crashes....I was skeptical that something so simple could be the answer. But I stared, jaw agape, as I was placed on the Normandy. Sure, I had to talk to sissy Liara...but I was home!!!
So, while I may never set foot on the shadow broker ship again, I will recall your wonderful break-through advise if I do.

None of those workarounds helped me...
Did you tried to Repair the Game? (in Origin > my games > right click ME2 > Repair Game) (in steam > right click at ME2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.)
The option's grayed out. Trying a full reinstall. See if that works.
I did manage to leave the base before talking to Liara, returned to the Normandy, and then landed on the base once more... Liara offers to have the drink... then the Normandy scene pulled through just fine... just throwing this fix that worked for me out there for who ever needs it.
The crash only happens if you watched Shadow Broker video recording in the room with Feron.
So i fixed this issie by doing this
1)Do everything possible in Shadow Broker room, walk towards the exit, make a quick and separate save files
2)Turn video setting to full screen.
3)Restart the game
4)Load quick save - you should be standing in front of the exit door still
5)Change video setting to Windowed (borderless window doesnt work)
6)Try exiting to the Normandy.
If doesnt help - try again. It works for me 3 times out of 5.

Can I still watch the video recordings or will they always cause a crash? Do I still get the achievement?
