Do you still need to have decryption as a bonus power to access a locker in a tent on Virmire in ME1 to get this entry?

Mass Effect Wiki - Codex Entry GuideEdit: Ran through the Virmire mission under the following conditions:
- I did all Salarian related missions.
- All extended dialogue options were selected.
- I did not open any containers.
After the mission was over the Salarian Culture Codex was not unlocked.
Conclusion: Unless it's unlocked somewhere else, unlocking it does require the decryption bonus.
