Getting the "Perfect End" Mass Effect 3
In mass effect 3 I got to final battle with 5419 EMS and a galactic readiness of 99%. In hopes of getting the end where Shepard lives, I chose to destroy the reapers. I've redone the ending 3 times with increased EMS each time, but I have never gotten the scene confirming Shepard is alive. What am i doing wrong? (Yes i have the extended cut.)
I know i'm not overlooking the scene its just not showing up.

Was your galactic readiness already at 99% when you started the mission in Cronos Station? Because that's when Effective Military Strength for your current playthrough is locked in. If, for instance, you only had the default minimum of 50% at the time, your EMS would have been less than the 3100 needed for the perfect ending.
