Have you ever considered making your app actually work before forcing it on us?

Been playing ME: LE just fine with Origin. Now this EA app pop-up I can't get rid of messes with Origin in a way in I can no longer launch the game without installing the EA app. And even with the EA app lo and behold the game still doesn't launch. What a surprise, they released another forced app that doesn't work out of the gate and it will probably be like this for a good couple of months to a couple of years. 

Like, you would think, as competent people with a job that requires competence to some degree, that you would go about a proper process in making sure the application you've worked on works. Not only that, but you would think that they would make sure it works properly before forcing it on literally everyone to ensure nothing as bad as people not being able to play the game that they purchased with their own money occurs. 

You've done this forced download on us before and it was circus. Your app didn't work. Shocker. EA releasing shoddy thing. Next you'll tell me the sky is blue. Did you also know the grass is green? Now tell me, how in the world, are you doing this forced launch again and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK? What were y'all doing this whole time? I gotta know. I have to know. It's astounding really. To make a mistake, backtrack, months pass and then you do the same thing and the same mistake happens. I gotta be taking crazy pills here, I feel like I'm in the matrix. Somebody wake me up, somebody pinch me, are you telling me I'm in a reality where you did not figure out any solution to this problem THIS WHOLE TIME? 

Can't even fix the achievement bug with EA app for YEARS and now this mess again. I've been avoiding EA like the plague for years for this exact reason and I make the mistake of just wanting to play Mass Effect again for old time's sake and somehow, some way you people are still monkeying around and I gotta be subjected to it.
