@holger1405 Nope, not using OneDrive. None of the suggested solutions seemed to work for me, although I'm able to play the game "limitedly". What I mean by that is I can't quicksave (there are no quicksaves whenever I press the "Load" button) and whenever I try to change any setting I get the stated error from before.
Did you preformed the DISM tasks?
