1) Increase the active skills to 6 in single player. Why Bioware decided to limit SINGLE player to 3 skills in combat like their multiplayer people is horrible and greatly limits your character. AND NO having favorites you can swap too, ISN"T enough.
2) Fix all the bugs with the game, including the ones for NG+ but basically fix your broke stuff.
3) Upgrade all romances with more and varied encounters....more flirting, more content.
4) Fix scaling of enemies and skills.
5) Bring out more worlds to go to .
As a note about customization of premade characters...if you are talking the Riders..... you can customize them, just not enough, which is issue with the face customization in and of itself....but they do need to make it easier to make a choice and then to customize it, as it is a bit of a pain to get ANYTHING to choose for me to customize....faces, clothes colors, and equipment....you have to be real careful or poof all your changes go away....

Ahh right, I didn't realise you could since you have to choose between the premade or customising. I guess it's my fault for assuming that not having their faces available in the customisation area would mean that they couldn't be customised.
I should've come here sooner. I'm learning lots of useful things here.
