You did realize that you will not know if anyone answered, until you return here and look for the response? There is a "Subscrption" available, but many new arrivals do not recognize it for what it is.
I suspect that your machine is below the minimum graphics requirements to play the game correctly. There is a report form guide pinned on top, if you disagree.

You didn't mention the graphics chipset in your post, so I turned to Google, which reveals that this model of laptop comes with an Intel GMA 3000. The system requirements list this chipset as unsupported, so that laptop should not be able to play the game.

Well that is kind of dumb because I can actually play ME3 with no problems, I only get those problems with ME1 and ME2

Whether it was dumb of Bioware to make the entry point lower on sequels isn't the point. The point is, ME-1 doesn't even try to do anything on the poor smoke and mirrors trickery that is the best Intel manages to offer.
