I started up MP today at like 4 P.M. central time and when it loaded into MP it advertised the ARGUS "for MP" but in my bioware "MULTIPLAYER MANIFEST" it does not even list it as a weapon in MP. Do i need to have LEVIATHAN installed? because i love the argus in SP got it as a pre order bonus and i have not downloaded LEVIATHAN yet. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP HERE.

What eaursula and BioWare mean by that, is that it is a Rare Weapon, that can be unlocked the same way as all of the other Rare weapons.
Usually Spectre Packs or Premium Spectre Packs will give you the highest chance of success.
Because of the random nature of the packs, it could take a while to unlock it. It has only been available for a short white, so only recent Spectre packs would have a chance at having it.

I had a similar experiance: I logged into my manifest and no Argus showed, but two days later, even without buying any packs (I am saving for the next DLC release) it just appeared.
I would suggest your manifest will be updated by now.

As others have written, you need to buy spectre/premium spectre packs to gain this new rare weapon. To update your manifest, try refreshing the page in your browser after loading it.
It took me 6 premium packs to get to level X.

the only dlc i got is the the prothean one and i still got the argus in multiplayer so just save up and buy spectre and premium spectre packs and hope that you get one eventually. if you buy veteran and recruit packs it will be almost impossible to get the argus.

Did you know that loading the manifest takes a long time? After you get a weapon it's just a matter of internet speed to move the data. For you guys as for my own experience, refreshing the manifest to make it correct.
