How many gamepalyers I need to gain the best armor in the game?

I beat Mass Effect 1 in ps3 for the first time and buyed some of best weapons, but didnt appear a great armor, I know there are ultimate weapons and armor that you acquire with many gameplays, but I dont find the best armor that corresponding with my level(42) and one gameplay complete.

Tali:    Shotgun = HMWSG X    

Liara: Pistol = HMWP X    

          Armor = Colossus X    

I hope @CostaBraz is still interested after 1 year and 6 mounts. 😉

I would go with "Rail Extension" or "Scram Rail".
