They aren't seriously turning it mmo?
Tell me thats speculation pleaseeee
The way MMOs form and die these days - they might as well kiss the frachise goodbye if it goes MMO.
I know that would be me out. So sick of MMO's and the mindset of forced grouping, raiding etc that goes with them. Mass Effect and Dragon Age are the two golden lights of my single player gaming world.
Uhh yeah, sorry. That is total speculation. I have zero knowledge of any plans to put this in MMO format and I also would like it to stay away from the MMO genre.
I don't think Andromeda is bugy! For example: It have about 200 sidequest and for me only 8 or 10 have been bugy. That's ok.
I finished the game with 98 %. And now: I'm waiting for a DLC. Till this I'm playing Mass Effect 1 again ... ok, I'm not playing: I'm fighting with ME3Explorer to put some Mods in. 🤐
If they take Mass Effect to MMO ... it would be horrible. I play and love MMO's but the Mass Effect world is NOT for it. Please NO! 😮
Nope, went back to modding FO4. I have never actually finished FO4. I just like running around and killing things, checking out new mods. They are making mods for MEA, will be slow going and will probably be as limited as the DAI mods but they were enjoyable. I have too many bugs in ng+ and not enough patience to start a new game without being able to have an attractive character right off the bat.
Not only I'm not playing MEA often until its fix with some issues that affects completion on NG+ and some issues on the multiplayer. But I only have played the first ME, so I'm going to play the other 2 games.
Graphics still OK for me in ME1...

Helps if you load the HD graphics mod!

That's about my experience too. Very few minor tasks that cannot be cleared up. If something bigger glitched (has happened maybe 3-4 time throughout 2 playthroughs) for example an architect froze mid combat on Eladeen, loading an earlier save fixed the issue every time. Zero crashes for me also.
Animation sillyness aside...
NG+ I have not touched as that is reportedly a bit more broken. Then again propably won't do that anyway as it really doesn't offer much (maxxed out skills, meh).

Me! :-)
I tried playing ME1 years ago but it didn't keep my interest (ME:2 is my fave) so I put it aside. With ME:A out, I wanted to see how it all began and tried playing ME:1 and saw it with new eyes. I fell in love with it for the music, atmosphere, and story. (That end song though, so 80s sci-fi!) I plan to play ME:2 next with possibly some texture mods and then maybe a heavily modded ME:3 now that my issues with it have been fixed. I can't wait to get back to Andromeda though. I'm also taping my gameplay for my father who is a huge SF fan, but not a gamer. I know he'll dig the overall story.
Haven't gone back to the OT, been playing witcher 3. I stopped playing andromeda until they fix the god damned cursor bug (where it pops up in cutscenes and while aiming, which interferes with aiming)

I'm on the same boat, playing W3 (the more I play, the more it feels like they copied so many features from that game into MEA and forgot to refine them and give them their own identity and synergy). But on my end, it's more like I'm waiting the next patch to evaluate if it's worth even keeping expecting anything more from MEA. Bugs aside, I'm expecting to be ... prompted back into genuine interest on the franchise. I'm on the verge of setting it aside for good depending on their next steps and my perception about them.
