How to get "breathe" ending?

How to get "breathe" ending? I had 6390 battle readiness, destroyed the reapers and Tali plased Shepard's nameplate on the deck... Is this some kind of bug?

@ClarkVVayne228 From what I've read from others in various forums, you now need 7800 to get Shepard's breathing scene.

    They definately should decrease this number. At least to 6500.
