How to get my money back for Mass Effect: Andromeda?

After playing a solid 25+ hours of this game I have decided to try and get my money back. I have lost game saves multiple times where the game will pause into a glitch moment, multiplayer progress has been reset when using a reset token but reset my level and took my points away with no apparent reason to have reset it in the first place, and the story is good enough a reason alone with a trash 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Halo stolen plot to say I FEEL. ROBBED. FROM. THIS. GAME. SLOWLY. LIKE. ALL. THE. DIALOGUE. IN. THIS. TERRIBLE. GAME. GOES. WHERE. IS. MY. REFUND? By the way I cannot even see the game as seen in this photo. So, please give me money back before I start a class action law suit.

Have you tried taking it back where you brought it.

Start the suit. The "game" crashes every time I try to load it now. EA refuses to support it. No more patches they said. Their tech support is a joke!

This is an old thread, but since someone decided to dig it back up, I'll sum up some relevant info.

    • PC players can get a refund within 24 hours of launching the game or within 7 days of purchase (whichever comes sooner).
    • Console players who bought a physical copy should ask a refund at the store where the copy was bought, but they're under no obligation to provide it.
    • Digital copies of PS4 games can be refunded within 14 days after purchasing IF you haven't started downloading the game yet.
    • Digital copies of Xbox One games won't be refunded under any circumstance.

Since this forum is user driven, it means we can't offer refunds on this forum, nor is anyone here impressed by threats of class actions. What you can do on this forum is try to get help with known issues, provided you do the following:

    • Mention what platform you're playing on (PC, Xbox One, PS4)
    • PC players should post a dxdiag report
    • Console players should try a power cycle
    • PC players should try to repair the game through Origin.
    • Describe the steps you've already taken to solve the problem (more specific than "everything")

Since the user who dug up this thread had already opened a thread with the relevant info, it's useless to keep this thread open, so I'm locking it.
