The mako gets stuck on a box in therum 

on noveria, in the room with geth Shepard frequently was sideways and shot sideways and direction was messed. 

on feros jn one of the right side sub areas to walk with geth, I got permanently stuck in this corner in a corridor. 

The noveria geth room to turn something on. 

Also, on feros, after the final door with the mako where the exo geni hideout is , mako got permanently stuck without moving an inch really. 
the file size is too large for that. 

the volus ambassador was staring at the elcor in the presidium also

I’ll see what happens on my 2nd play thru. I didn’t do all the side missions yet 

I did not receive any experience points after killing the thresher maw on TRebin 

also, the audio gave out fighting the husks. Also, when I exited the tunnel the loading screen got stuck.

Mako wheel is stuck in ground exiting trebin husk area. I have to reload 

First one: against Saren/sovereign a bad time for Shepard to turn sideways… 

2nd/3rd the side planet with male rachni. Mako got very stuck and the screen wouldn’t press anything. Even the start menu got messed. I had to restart Xbox and retrace ..

In one of the final dialogue with Benezia, the screen blurs and goes off of her and then back to looking at Shepard.

on the fourth level of fighting the thorium. The game just suddenly quit out to my Xbox at home screen I was shooting at the asari clone at the final incline I believe. that was annoying. 

I forgot where this was from but, the 

Are you wounded soldier? is subbed but Shepard doesn’t voice act it out loud

oh god, the last pic side mission to stop the nuclear bomb having to hack 3 parts of it. The boom noise walking in my party member noticed was soooo loud and wrong. 

I’m done with ME1 on a NG+. 
I wish there was more Benezia and hoping for a prequel lol

In grunt’s loyalty mission Thane is shooting at the sky because my game glitched and I’m guessing the big bug didn’t drop off the last klengin bugs. I had to restart and it was fine…

In jacobs mission, the first woman’s head is off. If it’s a joke then ok but it was surprising

Lastly in the conversation with mouse on thane’s mission, he wasn’t in shot for much of it as you see.

Kasumi mission, keiji face isn’t on the square projector screen or whatever is on screen at the end of the mission before kasumi destroys the box with shepard . It’s just primary colored static for me. No image.. 

When talking to Jack her shadow always bops around and glitches crazy and isn’t in focus on that conversion much. 

can you fix how if the game selects a character then the ai squad mate should know better to throw or launch biotic so it doesn’t hit under the reticule next to me? It registers but nope
