I can only play at 30 fps

There's some issue with vsync and playing the game at 4K. I'm playing on PC, and it seems that the vsync in the game is recognizing my refresh rate as 30Hz instead of 60Hz. My resolution is at 3840 x...

Check if you are using "V-Sync Adaptive", that may be why you are seeing this behaviour. Thanks.

I already tried adaptive vsync, and the game is 30 fps everywhere. I honestly think it has something to do with the game running twice in origin and steam. There's even two options for Mass Effect Legendary Edition under Manage 3D Settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel. No other game on my PC has had this framerate issue.

    Did you tired to disable Vsync and to set the Max frame rate in the driver to 59 FPS?
