Thank you. I found my code, but it doesn't work. Now what?
Well, presuming you registered your game in the first place, here are three possible solutions:
a) If the game appears in your Library under "My Games" in the EA/Origin client, the product code will be displayed when you hover you mouse over the title and choose [i]nformation.
b) If you actually have the game installed but not registered with Origin, start it using the Launcher, not Origin. On the splash screen choose "Configure" then "Game". The product key is displayed in the lower-right panel.
c) If neither a) nor b) will work for you, you'll have to contact the "official support" EA Game Advisors.
