I can't connect to the multiplayer for Mass effect 3 (Xbox 360)

I've been trying for two days to connect to the multiplayer for mass effect 3. My wife can get on in the next room,using the same internet connection and she can get on. I don't know what else to try.

    if you have a pc i'll be very happy to send you my disks. there are only 5 mp maps, the creatures get stronger but your weaponry remains the same. be warned though, being dropped for no reason is constant as well as being magnatized to objects & walls when while running. you can't even run away from the pyro geth because of the that.  you are more than welcome to this sad excuse for mp.
