I can't redeem Mass Effect 3 online pass and DLC that came with the original game

I won an original copy of MASS EFFECT 3 here in Brazil, follow the steps that are contained at ONLINE PASS and WARFARE GEAR N7 flyers and none of them were accepted by playstation network, it says "Invalid or unable code"... How can i get it?

    Hi everyone,

    The first thing you should do is to get in contact with your retailer to get a new code.

    If that does not work, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then chose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

    HI

    I HAVE NEW GAME MASS EFFECT 3, MY SERIAL NUMBER NOT WORKING, ORGIN SHOW ME MESSAGE THAT CODE WAS USED AND I CAN NOT INSTALL THE GAME.

    It's possible the version your trying to register for the code may have EXPIRED. There is fine print on most EA software that states if it is not registered by a certain date, it will expire. This happened to me for some DLC that was supposed to come with the version of Dragon Age 2. I only noticed this after i bought it from the retailer and opened it (and they won't take back open software products). Retailers will sell codes that are expired , they did it to me.

    There is also an occasional random glitch going on that tells you that you need to purchase an online pass to use the online features of the game. A simple relog of Origin and Mass Effect 3 sorts this out by itself. The DLC code, however, is something I think expired since the Mass Effect 3 page about its preorder bonus does not exist any longer.

    EIther someone has used both the pass and the DLC code and you thus got fooled/lied to by whoever you won the game from, or they have just simply expired if you do the relog-trick and it still does not work. 😕mileysad:
