I do understand idea of taxes - I really do. But what Sloane does is not about taxes - it is about abusing and mistreating the poor. And speaking about "fair new world" at the same time.
Also... Somehow Reyes/Collective/Angara are able to afford all those guests without expecting any fees, right? ;-)
Actually, the big one was water, but no one ever talks about the fact that you made most of the water fairly potable (or at least a lot more diluted).
The water purifier thing didn't make a lot of sense to me, actually. Turn it into steam (maybe in multiple steps) and re-condense it. Energy intensive, but probably not amazingly so.
