Go to Havarl. whole planet is litered with Mineral caches each containing large amounts of several minerals.

Aside from mining and planet scanning, you can try deconstructing and buying from vendors or your buy/sell station on the tempest, you will have lots of junk that you can sell to vendors. That was one I did on my first playthrough when I badly needed to construct my first black widow.
