I own Mass Effect Trilogy physical copies, cannot download via EA application.

I tried going through EA Help twice. Second attempt got marked as "resolved" after a day without any reply or interaction from EA's end. No e-mail back. No addition/contribution to the case. Nothin...

    If you have already activated the games in Origin and are using the same account, the games should already be in your library.
    You can download a digital copy of the games from there.

    If you activated the games in Origin and you use a different account now, you need to get back to your old account.
    The games are bound to the account they are activated on and there is no way to activate them on a different account again.

    If you did not activated the games before:

    In EA app > Go to your Library > Click on "Redeem Code" > Insert the code of your Disc version > Next.
