I purchased Mass Effect DLC through Origin, but it still says BUY

I was given the Mass Effect Trilogy for Christmas and installed it through my Origin desktop.  There was DLC NOT included with the download so I purchased it through Origin.  The one I got through another pack installed and shows up under the game.  The others were not available in packs so I purchasing BioWear points and clicking BUY right under the game.  After I let those install, I came back and all the content I purchased still says BUY instead of INSTALLED or PLAY.  If I start playing the game will the DLC be in there, since I checked and they are all in my purchase history?
