Infinite Loading Screen Starting ME2 from LE Launcher (Xbox)

I've encountered a very significant bug. Starting ME2 from the LE launcher this past time has caused an infinite loading screen. All I can see is the detailed views of the Normandy and Mass Relay that alternate back and forth. Force quitting the game and restarting, as well as hard rebooting my Xbox haven't fixed this. I was on the Normandy before quitting my last session, so it shouldn't be very intensive to load the area back again.

UPDATE: It eventually loaded, however the game is running very sluggish. Load screens in game also take much longer than they did before as well.

    @LtGenSpartan Interesting. Do you get the same issue if you swap to a different account as a test? If so, perhaps a reinstall of the game will help.

    I have a similar issue on ME2 (PC). The final cutscene after killing the human reaper won't load in and I am stuck on the same loading-screen (mass portal and Normandy).

    So far I have tried to

    • restart the mission with different character combinations
    • restart the game and launcher
    • update my drivers
    • reboot my PC
    • checked on faulty data
    • changed settings
    • disconnected all audio devices
    • letting the loadingscreen load for ~9 houres

    nothing worked...

    Reinstall solved the issue for me
