Insane difficulty against shepards clone

ME3 on insanity is f×××ing pathetic. Random blue flame grenades. Clone and his * regenerates no matter what I do. Clone has unlimited biotic. Shield enemies shoot infinite rounds. Try to shoot hide clones charging preventing that and the grenades and biotic drones continuous so you can't reload or heal for long. Team doesn't do *. That lingering pathetic health *.

Is there a way to show EA how incompetent this game is? I lost track after 3 * days of restarting with different characters and the same outcome. Why does Edi's clone appear near ME? The * point when it brings the enemies towards you?

There is a reason why it is called “insanity”. 😉

If you can’t beat a certain sequence, just lower the difficulty.

To be fair, compared to the entirety of the game, both the opening escape sequence of the Citadel DLC and the final battle against the clone are frustratingly hard. Nothing else is "insane" about insanity.

Imho the game in its entirety, including this two fights is to easy at insanity.

It got a little better in the MELE, but overall insanity is not living up to the name.

The only thing that can be a challenge is to reach the goals in the Arena if you activate every penalty that exists.

In the end the solution is easy, if you can't manage a fight at a specific difficulty, lower the difficulty.

@holger1405 I suspect he was aiming for the Insanity trophy and doing the Citadel DLC in that playthrough but like I said, the fight sure is frustrating but manageable once you find the sweet spot.

Frustrating? For me it is one of the most fun fights in the game. 😛
