I'm having the same problem, but with both Insanity II and Paramore II.

Broke for me too which is hugely annoying after having spent many painful hours doing ME2 insanity.
I romanced Liara in LOTSB and didn’t get Paramour II, is that intended?

Just blew the collector base completing a full insanity playthrough of ME2.
Would be nice to get the 'badge' which didn't drop.
Will be interesting to see if a patch resolves it retrospectively or whether it will need to be achieved afresh.

Hey everyone, a ton of effort goes into these runs for sure!
Just wanted to confirm this is something we've seen and should have it addressed in a future patch.
- 5 years ago@TaylorPYV Unfortunately it is intended and doesn’t count as it never awarded the paramour achievement in the original version of ME2. You could two time with someone else to get the achievement if that’s still possible at your stage of the game otherwise you’ll be out of luck.
Quick side note: Paramour II doesn’t seem to be working properly in general at the moment. I’m in the endgame and hoping for a quick fix to all these achievement bugs so I can move on to ME3- SofaJockeyUK5 years agoHero+
I restarted with the intention of completing insanity achievements without changing career (which I have an inkling is the problem).
Re-played ME1 on insanity (which popped 'Insanity II' on Xbox). Incidentally, re-playing the romance scene popped 'Paramour II'.
Yet the achievement log in my cabin and the Xbox achievements list are out of sync, but I'm less concerned by that - that should fix by patching.

I finished all 3 on insanity and i got all achievements for it, maybe at some point the dificulty was changed and thats why you did not get it, you need to start on insanity me 1 finish it without a change in dificulty, import that save in me 2, do the same thing and after that me3 and it should work on pc at least.

This is the theory I'm going with.
The game seems intolerant to swapping career, even if a single insanity save is progressed to completion. (I got the 'bruiser' achievement on a separate 'easy' run)
I'm on my 2nd insanity run (ME done. ME2 progressing) to see if sticking to one game makes a difference.
